Emerson Electric Co in the Philippines seeks a Senior Analyst, Sales and Operation to provide accurate information and generate comprehensive analytical reports. You will work with cross-functional teams to support setting and achieving goals aligned with company objectives.

You will consolidate data, develop reporting tools for Supply Chain and S&OP, and review forecasts, safety stock, and inventory indicators to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/management field.
• 4–5 years of experience in data mining, data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Supply Chain and Planning.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect and consolidate data from internal and external sources with stakeholders for reports.
• Develop reporting tools for Supply Chain and S&OP strategies using complex formulas and macros.
• Review item forecasts, safety stock, ABC/SLD classifications and stocking indicators for accuracy.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, provide actionable recommendations and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance and Customer Service for critical data.
• Maintain and monitor business systems by validating data accuracy and integrity.
