Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an Account-to-Report Supervisor to oversee A2R transactions across GAAP, GL, Intercompany and Fixed Assets, reporting to the A2R Manager. You will lead a sub-team, ensure timely month-end closes, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements, migration projects, and stakeholder collaboration with global teams.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, 3+ years supervisory in A2R/R2R, SAP/ERP experience, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
CPA license preferred.
Experience in General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and month-end closing.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems; proficiency in MS Office.
3+ years in a supervisory role in A2R/R2R and 5–8 years in related domain.

Responsibilities

Oversee A2R transactional accounting, reporting and closing for GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets.
Monitor leave, attendance, and supervise day-to-day team workload.
Ensure timely, quality deliverables per SLAs and global targets.
Provide R2R support for complex transactions and handovers.
Lead KPI reporting and drive improvement projects within the team.
