Job summary

Vertiv in the Philippines is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that optimize critical business processes across Vertiv Global Business Services. You will collaborate with process experts and stakeholders to document requirements and review solution designs.

You will lead continuous improvement efforts, mentor junior developers, and drive the automation program toward autonomous operations using Power Automate, Python, SQL, and VBA.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Power Platform solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading software projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Demonstrate proficiency with automation technologies and scripting languages including Python, SQL, and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Consultation: engage with project and business teams to review automation solution designs and communicate results.
• Solution Delivery and Development: develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Python, SQL, and VBA, ensuring proper access and environments.
• Teaching, Learning, Research and Development: coach and mentor junior developers and drive standards and best practices.
