Job summary

HENGTONG CONSULTANT & SOLUTION INC. in Metro Manila seeks a mid-level risk control specialist to monitor daily operations, review data trends, and identify unusual patterns to prevent potential losses.

You will prepare risk monitoring records, deliver regular updates to management, conduct follow-up analyses of events, and help train junior team members while developing risk indicators and alert rules to improve monitoring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk control, risk management, fraud prevention, or related fields (3+ years).
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily risk monitoring, reviewing operational data and activity trends to identify unusual patterns or potential risks in a timely manner.
• Prepare risk monitoring records and analytical reports, and provide regular updates on identified risks and trends to management.
• Conduct data analysis to identify irregular activity patterns and potential operational risks, and follow up on the effectiveness of risk control measures.
• Respond promptly to unexpected risk events, coordinate appropriate solutions, and complete post-event reviews and analysis.
• Assist in training and guiding junior risk control team members on monitoring procedures, risk identification, and analytical methods.
• Develop and maintain risk indicators, alert rules, and scenario-based risk tags to improve the efficiency and accuracy of risk monitoring.
