Job summary

MSCI Analytics Managed Services is seeking an Analytics Specialist to support risk management clients globally from Manila/Makati. You will monitor client data, perform portfolio data modeling, and provide client-facing support across multiple projects and teams.

You will develop competencies in data modeling, portfolio reconciliation, and reporting, collaborating with Solutions, Implementation, Product, Data, and Risk teams while engaging with clients on onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Self-reliant, detail-oriented, proactive, and a fast learner.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
Knowledge of and experience with information technologies is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
Good understanding of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and financial risk management.

Responsibilities

Confirm data coverage for securities and benchmarks by analyzing requirements and collaborating with internal teams.
Consult with clients on portfolio data modeling best practices and input data formats across instruments and asset types.
Advise clients on applying proxy information and mapping portfolio holdings to risk factor datasets.
Support clients with data conformance and validation testing and review processing logs.
Monitor and manage client configuration files and workflows for proper setup.
Assist clients in reviewing accuracy and quality of risk and compliance reports.
Provide direct support to global clients via phone and email.
Provide initial product training and guidance to new users.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders across Sales, Research, Product teams.
Partner with Sales to assess implementation requirements and contractual needs.
Contribute to AI-driven projects focused on innovation and automation.
