Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural Revit Drafter to create accurate models and detailed construction documentation for a variety of projects in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Structural Revit Drafting experience.
• Experience creating structural models and construction documentation from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with reinforced concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Proactive communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Australian project experience is highly regarded.
• Exposure to ACC/BIM 360, ACC, Aconex or related collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate structural Revit models from engineering markups and architectural models.
• Produce detailed structural documentation from concept through construction stages.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement detailing for RC structures.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and drafting team to incorporate design changes.
• Review drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, clashes, and issues.
• Work across projects including commercial, residential, education, and high-rise developments.
• Collaborate daily with the Australian engineering team via Teams and cloud workflows.
• Maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
