Staff Domain Inc. in the Philippines (Ortigás, Pasig) seeks a Structural Drafter with Revit expertise to join our onsite team. You will convert engineering markups into accurate Revit models and comprehensive construction documents for diverse projects. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential for success.

You’ll collaborate with the Australian engineering group, maintain high drawing quality, and contribute across commercial, residential, and high-rise projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
• At least 3+ years of Structural Revit drafting experience.
• Experience creating structural models and construction documentation from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with reinforced concrete projects.
• Understands structural engineering principles and building construction methodologies.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Proactive communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience on Australian projects is highly regarded.
• Exposure to ACC/BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Aconex or related platforms is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Creates accurate structural Revit models from engineering markups.
• Produces detailed structural documentation from concept design through construction stages.
• Develops plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement detailing for reinforced concrete structures.
• Coordinates with structural engineers and drafting team to incorporate design changes.
• Reviews drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, clashes, and documentation issues.
• Works on commercial, residential, education, and high-rise developments.
• Collaborates daily with the Australian engineering team via Teams and cloud workflows.
• Maintains drawing quality, accuracy, and compliance with project and drafting standards.
