Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to perform structural and civil drafting for diverse projects in a dynamic offshore environment. The role focuses on REVIT and AutoCAD documentation across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

You will coordinate with the Vantage team, ensure high-quality drawings, and support project delivery from a home-based setup in the Philippines. Equipment is provided, and a reliable internet connection is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience in a consulting environment.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to produce high-standard drawings.
• Knowledge of Reinforced Concrete, Timber, Steel, Masonry and related materials.
• Be proactive, take initiative, and work as part of a team to identify anomalies and setout discrepancies.
• Ambitious, energetic, a good communicator liaising with stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Structural and Civil drafting in REVIT and AutoCAD for multi-disciplinary projects from $500K to $20 million.
• Coordinate projects with the Vantage team and stakeholders to maintain documentation standards.
• Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD with integration with other software.
• Manage time effectively to meet project schedules.
• Work autonomously with a broad understanding of construction practices.
• Review project files, client data, surveyor and sub-consultant inputs for final design.
• Liaise with designers, authorities, and consultants to obtain information for project delivery.
• Prepare detailed drawings in coordination with Designer and Senior Draftsperson; senior review of drafts.
• Ensure drawings are filed correctly and document transmittals are logged.
