Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural Revit Drafter to create accurate models and detailed construction documentation for a variety of projects in the Philippines.

You will transform engineering markups and architectural inputs into robust structural drawings and coordination with the drafting team to ensure design fidelity. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Structural Revit Drafting experience.
• Experience creating structural models and construction documentation from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with reinforced concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Proactive communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Australian project experience is highly regarded.
• Exposure to ACC/BIM 360, ACC, Aconex or related collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the Australian engineering team via Teams and cloud workflows.
• Maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who:

• Creates accurate structural Revit models from engineering markups and architectural models

• Coordinates closely with structural engineers and drafting team members to incorporate design changes
• Reviews drawings and models to identify inconsistencies, clashes, and documentation issues

• Collaborates daily with the Australian engineering team through Microsoft Teams and cloud-based workflows
• Maintains drawing quality, accuracy, and compliance with project and drafting standards

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related field is preferred
• Has at least 3+ years of Structural Revit Drafting experience
• Possesses strong experience creating structural models and construction documentation from scratch
• Has hands-on experience working on reinforced concrete projects
• Understands structural engineering principles and building construction methodologies
• Can confidently interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Has advanced proficiency using Autodesk Revit
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent quality control skills
• Communicates proactively and works effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Experience working on Australian projects is highly regarded
• Exposure to ACC/BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Aconex, or related collaboration platforms is a bonus
