Qualifications

• 7+ years in architectural drafting and documentation.
• Advanced Revit skills with end-to-end delivery.
• Proficient Lumion visualization and AutoCAD knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian standards.
• Experience with approvals and coordination of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed drawings and documentation from concept to construction.
• Maintain coordinated Revit models across projects.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and client teams.
• Create 3D visuals using Lumion.
• Support permit approvals and submissions.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines.
