Responsibilities cover reviewing orders, preparing checklists, processing revenue-related data, and ensuring billing readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in revenue accounting, revenue operations, accounts receivable, financial reporting, or order-to-cash functions.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 and SaaS or subscription revenue models is preferred.
• Experience with multinational teams and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders, opportunities, contracts, order forms, billing schedules, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare order review checklists and support order transformations, system validations, activations, and billing-readiness reviews.
• Download and format revenue accounting files and schedules, including revenue waterfalls and GL transfers.
• Support month-end close activities with reconciliations and data uploads.
• Provide backup for accounts receivable activities including invoicing and cash application.
• Maintain trackers and process documentation to improve visibility and reduce dependencies.
• Propose process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives and audits.
