You will uncover reasons behind cancellations, resolve issues where possible, and clearly communicate the value of hipages products and services.

The role involves discussions about packages, platform experience, and outstanding payments to reduce churn and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management or customer retention.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume retention, collections or customer support conversations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and de‑escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage tradies to reduce churn and improve retention on the hipages platform.
• Identify reasons for cancellation and provide tailored solutions to restore value.
• Communicate clearly about packages, payment status and next steps to customers.
