Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a retention-focused specialist to protect and grow our tradie customer base on the hipages platform. You will identify why customers may leave, restore value with tailored solutions, and improve satisfaction and retention.

You will work with teams to manage cancellations, renewals and collections, while maintaining CRM notes and driving KPI achievement. Collaboration and clear communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management or customer retention.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls and complex retention scenarios.
• Strong communication, negotiation and de‑escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed retention, sales, and KPI targets.
• Handle cancellations, downgrades, renewals, and collections conversations.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Communicate product value to retain customers and improve engagement.
