Responsibilities

• Lead retail sales-out performance and deliver monthly targets.
• Operate stores and kiosks with consistent standards and customer experience.
• Develop retail operation standards, workforce planning, and processes.
• Monitor KPIs like conversion, ATV, traffic, inventory turnover to improve performance.
• Drive merchandising, pricing strategy, promotions, and in-store customer journey.
• Build, coach, and develop Store Leaders, regional teams, and frontline staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical Service, and Customer Service to boost performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, asset management, and compliance with policies.
• Analyze business performance and propose action plans to accelerate growth.
