You will work with Operations leadership to eliminate recurring bottlenecks and improve overall reliability, while traveling to sites as needed.

The role emphasizes safe operations, proactive maintenance, and strong troubleshooting skills, with a field-oriented, independent work style.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates welcome
Relevant work experience as an Electronic Technician or Machine Technician
Experience in repairing and maintaining washing machines or air conditioning systems
Willing to perform field work and travel as needed
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Responsible, dependable, and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across branches and facilities.
Ensure operational machines and equipment remain functional and available.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
