Responsibilities

• Handle multi-line calls and direct inquiries to appropriate destinations promptly.
• Provide professional, timely information on Melco City of Dreams Manila facilities.
• Capture detailed information on requests and forward to relevant departments.
• Upsell rooms and related services where appropriate to maximize revenue.
• Prepare and compile reports accurately for management review.
