Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in reservations, a hospitality degree, and excellent English. The position is based on-site at City of Dreams Manila with opportunities to upsell and contribute to revenue

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in reservations, preferably in gaming or luxury hotels.
• Degree holder in hospitality or equivalent professional training.
• Excellent English and interpersonal skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and use Property Management System and related Melco/Hyatt systems.
• Handles channel distribution across all properties.
• Provide accurate information on City of Dreams Manila facilities and services.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
• Record and process requests in the systems and forward to relevant departments.
• Maintain Forbes quality standards and adhere to safety policies.
• Prepare reports and support team with training needs.
