Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to support the Tripartite Programme under the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID). You will handle pre- and post-award grant administration, procurement, budgeting, contract reviews, and coordination with stakeholders across NHG, A*STAR, and LKCMedicine.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in a biomedical or related field, and strong document management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in research grants administration and project management.
• Experience in managing research agreements and contracts, including coordination, tracking, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Singapore's biomedical research ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pre- and post-award research grant administration activities, including grant calls and submissions.
• Coordinate procurement, processing of claims, and reporting of project outcomes to stakeholders.
• Monitor grant budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
