Job summary

Symbos seeks an experienced Reports Analyst to build and elevate reporting and analytics for a growing Manila operation. You will gather requirements, analyze operational data, and design dashboards that highlight trends and opportunities for leadership across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

This role blends reporting, business analysis and change support. You will translate complex data into practical recommendations, support decision-making, and champion standardized reporting cadences

Qualifications

• Experience as Reports Analyst in BPO/shared services or operational environments.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting suites for KPIs.
• Establish standardized daily, weekly and monthly reporting aligned with leadership needs.
• Safeguard data integrity and provide clear insights to guide decisions.
• Gather requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories.
• Support change initiatives with documentation and testing.
