You will gather requirements, analyze data, and build dashboards that drive operational excellence across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. You will work with leaders across units to turn data into actionable insights.

The role combines reporting, business analysis and process improvement with exposure to senior stakeholders and changing environments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years as a Reports Analyst with leadership exposure.
• Strong business analysis experience in BPO/shared services or operational settings.
• Advanced Excel and visualisation tools proficiency required.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management.

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting suites for leadership visibility.
• Establish standard daily/weekly/monthly reporting aligned with needs.
