Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Reporting Lead in the Philippines to manage a team of Reporting Analysts and deliver scalable Power BI solutions. You will design, build, and sustain reports, ensure data accuracy and lineage, and partner with stakeholders to translate evolving business needs into effective analytics.

You will oversee end-to-end report development, data modeling, and governance while coaching a team to maintain quality and timely delivery across dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and supporting Power BI dashboards and reports from requirements through deployment.
• Advanced Power BI capability including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, data modeling, DAX, visualization, and security concepts.
• Proven experience managing multiple reporting requests, changing priorities, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, and ad-hoc analytical solutions using Power BI and related Microsoft tools.
• Translate business requirements into practical report designs, data models, measures, visualizations, and user experiences.
• Review and approve report logic, calculations, filters, drill-through paths, and refresh behavior before release.
• Balance speed, scalability, control, and user needs when determining whether to build, enhance, consolidate, automate, or retire a report.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to clarify business questions, success measures, data sources, users, frequency, security needs, and acceptance criteria.
