Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience managing operations in manufacturing or service environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the repair business units/operations to align with company goals and profitability targets.
• Verify targets set by the repair management team are ambitious yet achievable.
• Lead short- and long-term initiatives at sitewide and organizational levels; build a high-performing team.
• Champion organizational and strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across operations.
• Review performance, plan resources, and ensure cost-effective operations for customer satisfaction.
• Respond to escalations and strengthen collaboration between repair operations and support teams.
