Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE or IE preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience running operations in manufacturing or service settings.
• Strong planning, decision-making, monitoring, root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Proven track record in team development, empowerment and performance management.
• Self-driven with strong professional principles and values.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair business units and operations aligned with company goals.
• Verify targets set by repair management are ambitious yet achievable.
• Lead short- and long-term initiatives at site and org levels.
• Build and develop a high-performing team; support growth.
• Champion organizational and strategic initiatives.
• Promote continuous improvement across repair operations.
• Review mid-quarter and quarterly performance for each unit.
• Plan and execute resources for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure cost-effective operations supporting profitability.
• Review asset purchase requests and secure approvals from senior leadership.
• Respond to customer and field team concerns as escalation point.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Strengthen collaboration between repair operations and support teams.
