Job summary

Teradyne in the Philippines is seeking a Electronics/Computer Engineering graduate to join our Repair Operations and Field Service teams. You will collaborate across cross-functional groups to drive product quality, perform failure analysis, and assist in the setup and validation of test equipment and software applications.

• Must have solid electronics troubleshooting skills.
• Must have solid automation troubleshooting skills.
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Drives failure analysis and root cause identification to decrease field defective returns.
• Builds data structures to determine product reliability and generate reports based on both Repair Operations and Field Issues.
• Supports test equipment set-up, validation, and verification of software applications, equipment maintenance and upgrades, and the upkeep of tools and jigs.
• Pilot the set-up of end-to-end repair capabilities and conducts technical training for Repair Operations.
• Designs and reviews processes with that drives quality, reliability, and process improvements.
• Creates documentation for both repair processes and work instructions that is used in Repair Operations.
