You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, analyze repair data to identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in electronics with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and projects from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, embedded systems, and hardware development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; capable of mentoring diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the repair service engineering team to ensure timely and effective repair of electronic products.
• Develop and implement repair processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with other functions to address recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in repair activities.
• Manage personnel development and departmental budget.
• Monitor repair data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical support and addressing service concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and launch innovative projects.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and repair techniques in electronics.
