Job summary

TechnologyAdvice, a remote-first company with a global team, is hiring a Paid Social Specialist in the Philippines. You’ll own paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, partnering with Creative, BI, Engineering, and Marketing to improve performance through testing and optimization.

Responsibilities include campaign structures, budgets, A/B tests, audience strategy, and scaling successful efforts while maintaining efficiency and strong ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on paid social campaign management.
• Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Budgets/ROAS optimization and analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop structures aligned with objectives and audience intent.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding, and delivery to maximize ROAS.
• Design and run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding.
• Continuously optimize based on performance trends and goals.
• Explore first-party audiences and lookalikes to improve lead quality.
• Scale successful campaigns while improving efficiency.
