Job summary

You will conduct needs assessments, collaborate with branches, ensure KYC compliance, and pursue new business through referrals and networking, contributing to sustainable client growth and a trusted bank relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related or relevant field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in banking, relationship management, sales, or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Basic knowledge of investments, financial planning, and wealth management concepts.
• Computer literate and comfortable working with digital banking tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of clients through proactive engagement and financial planning discussions.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable banking, investment, and wealth management solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and network-building activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and investment strategies.
• Assist clients in completing required documentation and ensure compliance with KYC, customer due diligence, and suitability assessment requirements.
• Coordinate with branches and support units to ensure timely processing and servicing of client transactions.
