Job summary

China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd is seeking a Wealth Management Support Professional to coordinate with Product Development, Operations and other functions, and to assist the Relationship Manager with investment trades and client records.

The role will enforce KYC/AML procedures, manage dealing infrastructure and documentation, and deliver superior customer service to China-based clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Sound understanding of economics, best market practices and investment products in the wealth management business.
• Mandarin and English proficiency to serve China-based customers.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment, multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.
• CACS Paper 1 and/or Paper 2 certified is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product Development teams, Operations and other functional counterparts on a daily basis.
• Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation.
• Assist Relationship Manager in providing investment market updates, placement and execution of OTC and listed trades.
• Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, including maintaining client transaction records/reports and client data.
• Oversee dealing infrastructure, processes and systems for investment products, and manage sales documentation and SLAs.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
