Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course or equivalent.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in Banking, Relationship Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of investments, wealth management, and financial concepts.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Results-oriented, client-focused, and highly motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills with affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients.
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, market prospecting, and business development activities.
• Conduct financial needs assessments to understand clients' goals and investment objectives.
• Recommend banking, investment, trust, and wealth management solutions based on client needs.
• Work closely with internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities to enhance value and long-term goals.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services to grow assets under management.
• Stay informed about market trends and opportunities to provide meaningful insights.
• Ensure timely and confidential service with high professionalism.
