Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Analyst to oversee regulatory reporting for complex clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness. The role serves as a key client contact, coordinating with onshore teams and external parties to deliver consistent reporting.

You will coach Analysts, perform quality reviews, and escalate methodological or design matters as needed, while contributing to process improvements and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in regulatory reporting and controls.
• Experience communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a controlled environment.
• Experience in financial services and process improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete regulatory reporting deliverables for allocated clients, performing detailed analysis, reconciliations, and quality checks.
• Serve as a key client contact, coordinating with internal teams, onshore colleagues, and third parties to gather information and address issues.
• Monitor reporting deadlines, manage risks and escalations, and support remediation activities to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Provide coaching, technical guidance, workpaper reviews, and training support to develop team capability and maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to management reporting, trend analysis, process improvements, procedure updates, workflow enhancements, and additional projects aligned with business needs.
