Job summary

Mynt in the Philippines is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance programs across our fintech group, including AML, regulatory risk management, and related party transaction oversight. You will work with multiple teams to interpret regulations and ensure timely remediation.

The role requires senior-level communication with leadership, experience managing compliance programs, and familiarity with agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regulatory compliance or risk management programs in financial services at a managerial level.
• Experience managing compliance programs and regulatory remediation.
• AML experience preferred in payments/fintech contexts.
• Ability to analyze regulatory issues and present to senior management.
• Experience with agile ways of working is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of regulatory compliance, audit & reports, and IT/regulatory programs.
• Collaborate with GXI and related teams to interpret and implement regulations.
• Prepare reports for leaders on regulatory issues and audit findings.
• Assist Chief Compliance Officer/Deputy in managing AML teams and other groups.
• Contribute to team goals, provide training, and support resource planning.
