Job summary

Mynt is seeking a Lead in Operational Risk Management (ORM) to support the development and execution of risk management strategies across our fintech operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on risk assessments, policy formulation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with multiple business units to mitigate exposures and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Business.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, data, incidents or controls within fintech/financial services.
• Knowledge of Compliance, Data Privacy and Information Security.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the ORM function.
• Identify risk exposures and assist in mitigating them across units.
• Develop and monitor KRIs and risk indicators.
• Maintain incident and issue management processes.
• Prepare reports for senior management and committees.
