Job summary

Mynt (GCash) is seeking a strategic Risk Leader to design and implement enterprise risk management across the organization, reporting to the CRO. You will drive risk identification, governance, and regulatory compliance while embedding a strong risk culture.

You will oversee risk tools deployment (RCSA, PRA, KRI, Incident Management), lead cross-functional teams, and partner with senior management to shape risk strategies and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in risk management, operational risk, or governance, ideally in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, tools, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Risk Officer in designing, embedding, and implementing continuous enhancements to Risk Management functions.
• Foster a management culture aligned with effective risk management throughout the organization.
• Lead enterprise-wide operational risk identification, assessment, and mitigation using ORM tools.
• Oversee deployment of risk management tools to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Provide guidance on risk acceptance, contract reviews, and policy updates.
• Analyze regulations and provide feedback impacting risk management and operations.
• Review risk reports and escalate key risks to senior management and the CRO.
• Develop and regularly update the Risk Management Framework and related policies.
