This role requires strong client-facing experience, deep recruitment expertise, and the ability to guide and mentor junior recruiters. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact hiring solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to assess hiring needs, define role requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies tailored to their organization and culture.
• Proactively source top-tier candidates through advanced Boolean searches, talent mapping, headhunting, industry networking, and referrals.

• Manage complex requisitions and high-volume hiring projects with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior recruiters and recruitment specialists.
• Deliver consistent updates and insights to clients regarding market trends, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress.
• Oversee the coordination of interview logistics, reference checks, and background verifications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices, tools, and strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
