• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract and temporary positions.
• Source, interview and shortlist candidates via portals, social media, referrals and networks.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future opportunities.
• Partner with clients to understand workforce requirements and provide staffing solutions.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to grow opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and win new business.
• Pursue placement and revenue targets while growing your client and candidate network.
• Coordinate onboarding, deployment, contract administration and offboarding.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with clients and deployed personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to share leads and market insights and achieve team targets.

What You’ll Do

Own the Recruitment Cycle

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and temporary positions, from sourcing to placement.

• Identify, attract, interview and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and your own network.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future opportunities.

Build & Manage Client Relationships

• Partner with clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.

Drive Results & Revenue

• Work towards individual placement, revenue and business development targets.

• Take ownership of your portfolio and actively grow your client and candidate network.

• Be rewarded for both individual performance and contribution to team success.

Manage Your Contractors

• Coordinate onboarding, deployment, contract administration and offboarding.

• Work closely with clients and deployed employees to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Support payroll coordination and resolve HR-related matters throughout the assignment.
