LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for US-based roles. This remote, Philippines-based role requires building candidate pipelines, driving searches, and closing hires with minimal hand-holding.

You will use AI tools to source, screen, and automate processes, while coordinating with US managers in a fast-paced environment. This full-time remote position overlaps with US business hours for hiring manager syncs, screening calls, and candidate communication,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior/Director roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows.
• Self-motivated and proactive—you chase candidates.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and follow-ups.
• Proficient with G-Suite applications and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from resume review through offer.
• Post roles across platforms and set up automation to keep pipelines moving.
• Use AI tools to enhance outreach, screening, and recruiting operations.
• Manage multiple open roles with organized, active pipelines.
• Conduct screening calls and be the primary candidate contact.
• Partner with US hiring managers to align role requirements and updates.
• Handle scheduling, interviews, and admin tasks in the process.
• Track pipeline metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and improve automations.
