COMRISE Japan in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong nursing and allied healthcare recruitment background to join our team. You will drive sourcing and end-to-end hiring for healthcare roles, collaborating with hiring managers to fill critical positions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruitment, 1–2 years specifically in nursing or allied healthcare hiring, and a willingness to work onsite in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience.
• 1–2 years of Nursing or Allied Healthcare hiring experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City; hybrid setup after 6 months (3x onsite/week).
