Job summary

AMS is seeking a Specialist - Talent Sourcing to join our team in Manila. You will partner with recruiters to build strong relationships, map markets, and craft sourcing strategies that deliver exceptional candidates for APAC roles.

You will provide talent intelligence in interviews and briefing calls, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs, roles, and unique selling points. The role requires collaboration, proactive communication, and global mindset.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sourcing, with strong insights and market mapping.
• APAC region recruitment experience, including Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Australia and NZ.
• Experience working in an RPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to build partnerships and deliver strong candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Develop sourcing strategies with experts to deliver great candidates and engage hiring managers.

Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Work with Recruiters to develop partnerships and working relationships that deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Leverage your existing experience, knowledge, and resources whilst also working with experts in sourcing and talent intelligence to develop effective sourcing strategies that enable you to deliver great candidates and lead and influence conversations with your hiring managers.
• Provide subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls with Hiring Managers, leaving the discussion with a detailed understanding of the client’s business, the requirements, and unique selling points of the role.
• Work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand and share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes, advocating potential solutions and making recommendations to inform and adapt the recruitment strategy e.g., hiring in alternative locations, exploring different talent pools, or updating job descriptions.
• Review and post compelling, accurate job adverts that amplify your client’s brand and attract candidates to review and apply.
• Use your knowledge and established network to develop a sourcing strategy that uses the right channels to attract and engage with your target audience e.g., LinkedIn or other social media tools.
• Understand and utilize data to measure the success of your sourcing strategy, review, refine, innovate, and adapt your approach as required.
• Engage with your target audience in a professional and authentic way. Communicate effectively using various channels e.g., email, LinkedIn, social media, and over the phone. Expect to headhunt niche talent regularly for specialist hiring needs.
• Support candidates, keeping them up to date as they progress through the recruitment process.

Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive experience in sourcing, with strong skills in creating insights and market mapping.
• Proactively source for a diverse range of roles, including Clinical, Finance, Customer Support, Engineering, Technicians, Sales Representatives, Marketing, Pharma Sales, Customer Management, and Account Management.
• Support recruitment across the APAC region, specifically in South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiters and participate in role briefings or catch-up calls with hiring managers as needed.
• Possess experience working in an RPO environment.
• Willing to work onsite twice a week following APAC shift schedule.
