Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for US-based roles from the Philippines-based remote team. You will drive searches, build candidate pipelines, and close hires with minimal guidance while leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow automation.

You will partner with US hiring managers, manage multiple roles, and ensure a smooth candidate experience across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting workflow.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in G-Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from resume review to hire.
• Post job openings and set up automations to keep pipelines efficient.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance outreach, screening, and operations.
• Manage multiple open roles with organized pipelines.
• Conduct screening calls and act as the primary candidate contact.
• Partner with US hiring managers to align on role requirements.
• Handle scheduling and interview logistics across time zones.
• Track pipeline metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
