Prime Philippines is seeking a Senior Research & Advisory Analyst to conduct in-depth analyses of the Philippines commercial real estate market across office, retail, and industrial sectors. You will gather data, validate market insights, and develop financial and market models to deliver evidence-based recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate research or analytical roles.
• Experience in commercial real estate research or property consultancy is highly preferred.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a client-oriented environment.
• Willingness to conduct field research, property inspections, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on commercial real estate sectors.
• Analyze market trends, rental rates, vacancy, absorption, and transactions.
• Develop market forecasts and comparative property assessments.
• Prepare analytical models, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
• Support advisory strategies for corporate occupiers, owners, and investors.
• Present findings to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure data quality.
