Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a Markets Analyst who blends data-driven market insights with strong client engagement and relationship-building. You will conduct real estate market research, present consultancy services to clients, and identify opportunities to support their business needs through fieldwork and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in client relationship management, consultative selling, or business development.
• Confident in pitching services, conducting presentations, and building rapport.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel as required.
• Analytical, resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and understand their real estate needs.
• Service Presentation and Business Development: Present PRIME Philippines’ consultancy services and identify new opportunities through networking and industry engagement.
• Market Research and Analysis: Research market trends, rental rates, occupancy, supply/demand, and investment opportunities; translate findings into reports.
• Fieldwork and Industry Engagement: Conduct site visits, meet with property owners/developers/brokers, and participate in client meetings and industry events.
