Qualifications

• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel for property visits and client engagements as required.
• Analytical, resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Service Presentation and Business Development: Present PRIME Philippines' real estate consultancy services and identify opportunities.
• Market Research and Analysis: Research market trends, developments, rental rates, occupancy, supply and demand, and investment opportunities.
• Fieldwork and Industry Engagement: Conduct inspections, site visits, meet stakeholders, and participate in client meetings and industry events.
