Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst to support U.S.-based wealth management clients. You will perform real estate and financial analyses, organize client files, and maintain data across Black Diamond, RightCapital, and Wealthbox.

You will prepare meeting materials, extract follow‑ups, and drive process automation while ensuring client data integrity. Requires 5+ years in financial services or real estate support, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Five or more years supporting U.S.-based financial services, wealth management, accounting, or real estate firms.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets—pivot tables, lookups, and multi‑sheet models built from raw documents.
• Demonstrated real estate financial analysis experience (rent rolls, NOI, cap rate, debt service coverage).
• Strong spoken and written English (client meetings, daily collaboration with U.S. team).
• Google Workspace proficiency with established folder structure and naming conventions.
• Fluency with Claude or ChatGPT in professional work; describe processes you have implemented.
• Track record of building automations, SOPs, workflows, or tooling that others use.

Responsibilities

• Real estate and financial analysis including SREO builds, cash flow metrics, depreciation schedules, and mortgage analysis.
• Audit and reorganize client folders and rename documents per mapping standards.
• Data entry and system setup across Black Diamond, RightCapital, and Wealthbox; ensure data feeds populate correctly.
• Attend client meetings to understand plans and follow through with prep materials and post-meeting actions.
• Create templates, automate repetitive tasks, and document processes in SOPs; ensure compliance with client data handling.
