Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking an experienced Wealth client service professional to provide primary support to Wealth clients and advisors. You will act as a SME on banking products and processes and address complex client needs with accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes building relationships with Wealth advisors, handling time-sensitive wire requests, and documenting resolutions in Salesforce. Supervisory responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Wealth management or related roles.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• SME knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on banking products, processes, and programs and stay updated on changes.
• Identify specialized solutions for clients with complex financial needs while ensuring compliance with manuals, audits, and regulations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to meet client needs.
• Manage complex service issues and day-to-day transactional needs for Wealth clients, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and meeting SLAs.
• Facilitate wire agreements and process time-sensitive wire requests with high attention to detail.
• Identify trends through data collection, reporting, and client interactions to drive improvements.
• Develop and lead projects to enhance processes, products, services, and Wealth brand.
• Support skill development of teammates with training and floor support.
• Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.
