Job summary

Insight Global Health seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management delivery operations from our Manila office. This on-site role requires ownership of delivery from both operational and client-facing perspectives.

The position focuses on end-to-end RCM delivery across patient access, authorization, coding, billing, AR, denials, and posting, while managing teams, KPIs, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of U.S. healthcare RCM experience.
• 5+ years leading RCM projects, programs, transitions, or operations teams.
• Experience managing large-scale teams and workforce planning.
• Strong experience with SLAs/KPIs, client expectations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RCM programs across patient access, authorization, coding, billing, AR, denials, and posting.
• Manage delivery teams and team leads, coaching and performance management.
• Own project plans, milestones, RAID logs, change control, risk mitigation, and governance.
• Operate across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management approaches.
