Neolytix, a boutique Consulting and Management Services Organization, seeks an RCM Delivery Manager to lead a billing operations team in the Philippines and India. You will oversee performance metrics, coach billers, and own account process documentation and EMR trainings.

The role emphasizes leadership, client reporting, and collaboration with Learning & Development to create training modules, with a focus on maintaining low attrition and strong ESAT scores.

Qualifications

• RCM subject matter expert with deep understanding of end-to-end RCM processes.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of US healthcare and denial management workflows.
• Ability to establish and monitor KPIs and generate client reports.

Responsibilities

• Reviews RCM account and biller performance across accounts.
• Establishes performance measures and provides coaching to improve results.
• Documents processes and trainings for billers and EMR usage.
• Schedules trainings and conducts pre/post assessments for the team.
• Reports weekly and monthly performance to management and clients.
