Job summary

Insight Global Health seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management delivery operations from our Manila office. This on-site role requires ownership of delivery from both operational and client-facing perspectives.

The position focuses on end-to-end RCM delivery across patient access, authorization, coding, billing, AR, denials, and posting, while managing teams, KPIs, and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of U.S. healthcare RCM experience.
• 5+ years leading RCM projects, programs, transitions, or operations teams.
• Experience managing large-scale teams and workforce planning.
• Strong experience with SLAs/KPIs, client expectations, and risk management.

Insight Global Health is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) delivery operations from our Manila office.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the RCM space, can successfully manage large consultant teams, and is comfortable owning delivery from both an operational and client-facing perspective.

This position is based on-site in Manila 5 days a week and is not a remote opportunity.

General Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of RCM programs across areas such as patient access, authorization, coding, billing, AR, denials, and payment posting.
• Manage delivery teams and team leads, including coaching, performance management, quality, development, and overall consultant engagement.
• Own project plans, milestones, RAID logs, change control, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
• Work across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management approaches based on the delivery environment.
• Own and report on KPIs and SLAs, including quality, accuracy, productivity, turnaround times, backlog, denial trends, AR days, and other RCM performance measures.
• Partner directly with U.S. client stakeholders to define requirements, workflows, timelines, success criteria, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead new client transitions, program launches, knowledge transfer, onboarding, staffing, and go-live readiness.
• Identify risks early, build mitigation plans, and drive corrective action when delivery performance falls short

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of U.S. healthcare RCM experience, including 5+ years leading RCM projects, programs, transitions, or operations teams.
• Experience managing large- scale teams, including workforce planning, productivity, performance, and quality management.
• Strong experience managing SLAs/KPIs, client expectations, project governance, RAID logs, and operational risk
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to operate across both delivery teams and customer stakeholders
