Job summary

PM Consulting in Quezon City is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst to join our healthcare operations team. The role supports various revenue cycle functions to ensure accurate processing of healthcare accounts, claims, payments, and related transactions.

The successful candidate will research and resolve account issues, review claims and payment information, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support clean claims, accurate reimbursement, and overall

Qualifications

2–3 years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or related role.
Experience in charge entry, claims processing, eligibility, and payment posting.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR and healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

Perform RCM activities across charge entry, eligibility, authorization, and denials.
Review patient, insurance, claim, and account information for accuracy.
Process and maintain healthcare accounts and transactions per procedures.
Research and resolve claim edits, billing issues, and payment discrepancies.
Review remittances and EOBs; coordinate with providers and payers.
Monitor work queues, ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Identify missing or incorrect information impacting submissions.
Document research, actions, and resolutions clearly.
Maintain confidentiality of PHI and financial data.
