Job summary

Dasol E&C Inc. is seeking a Railway Signalling Engineer with five or more years of relevant experience to support signalling works for the North–South Commuter Railway (NSCR) project located in Commonwealth, Quezon City.

You will supervise railway signalling installation, inspection, and internal testing activities, manage site manpower, review drawings and specifications, and ensure daily reporting and documentation for the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline relevant to railway signalling.
• At least five years of relevant railway signalling experience.
• Experience in manpower handling and site supervision.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and signalling specifications.
• Experience in railway signalling installation, inspection, and internal testing.
• Proficiency in preparing daily accomplishment reports and maintaining project records.

Responsibilities

• Supervise railway signalling installation, inspection, and internal testing activities within the assigned project scope.
• Handle site manpower, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality.
• Coordinate manpower requirements and work schedules with the project team.
• Review and interpret signalling drawings, specifications, and approved work procedures.
• Conduct and document internal testing, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions and retesting.
• Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports covering completed work, manpower deployment, site issues, and supporting photos.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, internal testing reports, progress updates, and other project documentation.
• Monitor progress against the work schedule and report delays and technical concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors and other engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with project safety rules and quality requirements.
