Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise and execute Overhead Catenary System works for the NSCR project in Manila, Philippines. The role requires ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project standards and regulations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering, 5+ years in OCS/OHE, and exposure to heavy rail projects. Willingness to work across NSCR locations and coordinate with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5/10+ years in OCS/OHE installation for heavy rail projects.
• Experience with international/ JICA-funded projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OCS works including foundations, mast erection, wire stringing, and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, specs, and EN/IEC standards.
• Direct and monitor subcontractors and site workforce.
• Implement QA/QC and inspect test plans.
• Enforce safety with PTW/LOTO and JHA procedures.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support planning.
